Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure and book your session date. Your date and time are not officially reserved until the deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of last-minute cancellation, no-shows, or changes of mind. If you are sick and need to reschedule, let me know so that can happen. Any remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon deadline before or on the day of the session.
Crediting
All photographs taken and delivered by me are my original creative work and are protected by copyright. When sharing or posting your images, proper credit and mention of my photography business are required whenever possible. Images may not be edited, altered, filtered, cropped in a way that removes my watermark or branding, sold, submitted as someone else’s work, or used for commercial purposes without my written permission. Copyright remains with the photographer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Behavior towards photographer
The photographer reserves the right to end a session without a refund if a client or guest is disrespectful, disruptive, threatening, intoxicated, sexist or behaves inappropriately. Final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion and are delivered according to the agreed-upon package and timeline. RAW or unedited images are not provided. By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
